Over the past thirty years, Will has been involved in major analysis challenges regarding the strategic issues faced by numerous companies where he was CEO or a board member. For example, he had the privilege of serving on the Mivan board as a non-executive director when it was planning key strategic moves which took this entrepreneurial company to its current international success.

At Belleek Pottery he was responsible for analysing international opportunities and then creating strategies for entering the Asian and North American markets.
Will has worked extensively as a consultant for major corporations such as Viridian Plc, the Jefferson Smurfit Group, and Eircom. His tasks involved analysing strategies, change management, organisation structures, and designing such structures to match chosen strategy.
In growing entrepreneurial ventures, he has carried out similar activities with SME companies such as Howson-Simms, Ferndene TRM, Amtec Medical, MJM Group,Garage Door Systems, James Leckey Design, and Lowe Refrigeration.
