These one-on-one engagements are each covered by a non-disclosure confidentiality agreement, and their existence, past or present, may only be disclosed internally or externally by the client.

Will acts a confidential coach to CEO’s, for which he developed a unique supportive methodology. He works and has worked with a select group of Ireland’s leading business personalities in advising them over time and within a proven process, on their challenging corporate issues.
Chairs and Board of Directors
Using his 25 years of experience as a non-executive director and chairman of many boards, Will developed a confidential programme for training company chairs, their boards and individual directors. This is a participative programme which involves all directors, both executive and non-executive.
